Level 2 Technical Support Officer

  • Provide technical support to resolve issues that has been escalated by our customer service team
  • Providing support to our mission critical customers that had a Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Create, manage and resolving escalated tickets
  • Troubleshooting/installation of Content Management Systems (Joomla/X-cart/OsCommerce/Zen Cart/Wordpress etc.)
  • Supervising & Training new and existing employees
  • Line Manager for Hostess email Support (www.hostess.com.au )
  • PlanetDomain Phone & email support ( www.planetdomain.com.au )
