  • Create, resolve, or escalate tickets/jobs on a daily basis
  • Implementing or migrating to popular CMS systems like WordPress, OsCommerce, Magento CE, Joomla, Drupal and more. Make code changes if required
  • Administer the Active Directory and Modus Mail system for server permissions and email issues.
